On Monday, November 17, 2025, we held The 10th Hiroshima University Dairy Technology Seminar and the Commemorative Seminar for the Establishment of the DRDC at Hitotsubashi Hall in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

In the morning program, under the theme of the Kick-off Symposium for DRDC, three faculty members affiliated with the Center presented their research.
In the afternoon program, under the theme ‘Latest Topics in Dairy Research,’ lectures were delivered—primarily by faculty members of the Center—on the development of smart dairy technologies and their implementation in the field, followed by a panel discussion.
The event attracted 136 participants from across Japan, fostering multifaceted discussions. Going forward, we will continue such research outreach activities to achieve our dual objectives: promoting the practical application of technologies developed by the Center and gathering on-site needs.
